So a few months ago, we were working hard at the store and our Director of Marketing, Â Jdubb went up to Sbarro to grab the staff some pizza before the mall closed, unfortunately, he was turned down and from that day, we vowed to never eat Sbarro again. Then this morning, the manager, Jade, came down to drop us off some coupons, we told her “Thanks, but no thanks.” She asked, “Why?” We told her our story and she, to say the least, was not very happy. 20mins later, she comes back with a big ole pizza pie for our entire staff, free of charge. Now THAT’S how you make amends!
